We provide a tuition-free education as a community service. And, there are no employment obligations upon graduation.

While tuition-free sounds enticing, applicants should be aware that the cost of living in the Bay-area is extremely high. Student enrolled in hospital-based programs are not eligible for Federal Student Loans and the VA does not offer financial assistance for student programs. Prospective students should strongly consider cost of living and time commitment needed for after-hour studies prior to returning to school full-time.

NMTTP students are also responsible for transportation costs including parking. For those not familiar with traffic in the Bay Area, daily commute times between affiliates can exceed 1 hour each way. Fresno students are also required to travel to Palo Alto, Livermore and Sacramento on occasion.
